Importantly, Danto & Companies is perfectly aligned to handle the 40-Year Structural and Electrical Safety Inspection of buildings in Broward and Dade Counties, and recommended in Palm Beach County. Danto & Companies offers a courtesy inspection and walks clients through the required recertification process every step of the way, including:
- Structural and Electrical Inspections by Licensed Expert Engineers and Architects within the required 90 days;
- If needed, List of Structural and Electrical Repairs with prices backed by multiple bids;
- If needed, Structural and Electrical Repairs within required 180 days;
- Re-inspection and Verification of Repairs;
- Letter of Recommendation for Recertification to the county; and
- Additional Engineering Studies to Maximize Tax Strategies, Minimize Insurance Premiums with Proper Coverage, and Plan Maintenance and Renovation Budgets (Reserve Studies).
